Twice a year this church has a "congregational meeting" or a "society meeting." At this time members of the church have the opportunity to learn what has been happening in the past six months. It is also an occasion to approve a budget and new policies that the council may be considering.

The next congregational meeting is set for December 5, 2011 at 7:30.
