Immanuel Search Committee (ISC)

Welcome!  Immanuel Christian Reformed Church is presently searching for someone within our denomination to pastor our congregation.  Our former shepherd, Bill Versteeg, passed on to glory at the beginning of this year.  We have now reached the stage where we need to find someone to continue the shepherding work.  This site will keep you posted on the work of the search committee. 

We are looking for people fitting the ministerial profile outlined in 1 Peter 5:2-4.         

"Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away."
