Kevin Lobert is the church's full time Youth Pastor. He arrived from Hamilton, Ontario, to serve at the church in September 2008. He is a graduate of Redeemer University College. His enthisiastic leadership has been embraced by the church.

Pastor Kevin's primary responsibility is to work with the Youth in grades 8 to 12.  His mandate is to mentor youth, seek out outreach opportunities, coordinate and supervise special events and be available to connect with youth who seek out his advice. In addition he is to develop Youth Leaders and use them to develop leadership among the younger age group.

The church offers many programs for the younger age groups. Pastor Kevin is to provide support to the leaders of the following programs: The Gems program for girls in grades two to seven; The Cadet program for boys in grades two to six; Sunday School (Children's Worship Time) for ages 3 through grade six.; Sunday evening church education for youth in grades 8 to 12 and a weekly summer "Vacation Bible School" program. 

Pastor Kevin also connects with the College and Career group called Fusion. This group includes post-secondary members or visitors up to but not restricted to twenty five years of age.

Pastor Kevin has a huge responsibility but he will be quick to admit that he is well served by a competent, committed group of leaders.
